About the SPARTN Program

Powered by SBIR. Backed by AAL.

SPARTN unites Army SBIR funding and AAL's business model to create a program that moves — and pays — at the speed of business. By blending government and industry best practices we introduce a whole-of-Army approach to innovation.

How We Do It

Problems released through SPARTN are tied to the Army's needs and to other focused modernization efforts.

We provide industry the ability to connect with Army stakeholders and end users (Soldiers) for deeper insight into the problem.

We have a deliverable-based funding approach that helps companies have stable financial footing through the technology development process.

Acquisition teams are included early with the goal of easing transition and building new tech into recurring budgets.
